Our Story
Josh and Vince: two young, dashing, foodaholics embark on a culinary quest to learn and teach good, easy home cooking.
Our friendship began back in school; we were both creative types with passions for art and photography. Today, we are all grown up and on different career paths. However, one thing that has stood the test of time and hasn’t fallen out of sync: our stomachs.
It all started back in 2019…
On a warm, late, summer's night, we were out in London celebrating a birthday. Both drunk, we stumbled home. One thing led to another and something magical happened.
Once the beers had settled and the munchies had struck, our frazzled brains collided and our stomachs aligned. At exactly 2:08am, our first baby was born.
The birth of the ‘Three-Cheese-Toasted-Salami-Pesto-Garlic-Bread’ didn’t just satiate our hungry souls, but, better yet, it marked the beginning of our love of cooking together and bonding over food.
Fast forward to now (2021) and sharing the kitchen has become second nature; our love of creating foods together only continues to flourish.
